MIDNIGHT (2022)

"It's 11:44 p.m., one more coffee protects me from sleep
and the night silence is broken only by the bells of the town hall tower.
I call her "Dear", she calls me "Hello Beautiful"
and we both honor our special friendship.
Her mere presence strips me of my clothes of sunny smiles,
dissolves grief and childish cries and when necessary,
lets enter the river of my own underworld.
Not without love, not without respect, easily."
